Payment Policy for Elixae
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully received.
2. Currency
All transactions are processed in CAD. If you’re shopping from outside Canada, your credit card provider or payment service may apply additional currency conversion fees or charges. Elixae is not responsible for these fees.
3. Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase, you authorize Elixae to charge the specified amount to your payment method. If the payment method is declined or unauthorized for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
4. Failed Payments
If your payment fails:

5. Refunds and Store Credits
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. If the original payment method is no longer valid, refunds will be issued as store credit. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Prices listed on our website do not include taxes, duties, or customs fees unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Elixae takes fraud prevention seriously. All transactions are subject to verification. If we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, we may cancel the transaction and refuse future orders.
8. Order Modifications
